Intercultural exchange and the reactions that it creates vary depending on the societies. Together, they constitute powerfull tools in establishing friendship and peace among the people. They indirectly influence the individuals through teaching and advertising

Thanks to cultural similarities between societies, and by taking in account the principle of diversity between civilisations, intercultural exchange will allow the union of all the nations. Furthermore, this will encourage a collective effort with the aim of achieving unifying and human projects such as worldwide peace.

The international project “Voices For Friendship”  is an artistic collaboration between the European Chamber Orchestra La Divine Proportion, under the artistic leadership of Caroline Gerber, located in France, and the National Orchestra of Iran, under the artistic leadership of Arash Bamdâdian, located in Iran. Together, they set to music iranian poems about social issues, that they have both translated into French and Persian in their music album

This cultural commitment is proceeding step by step, as it tries to set up efficient and lasting actions, in order to establish permanent peace and friendship. This inevitably involves a common agreement and understanding of French and Iranian cultures, in order to reach a better mutual knowledge
